Man attacked with scooter in Brooklyn subway station, police say
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Police are searching for six women who allegedly attacked a 76-year-old man on the platform of a Brooklyn subway station on Monday, according to the NYPD.
The victim was at the Rockaway Avenue station and went to sit on a bench at around 2 a.m. Police said five women started to punch and kick the man in the head. One of the women used a scooter to hit the man in the head, according to police.
He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
