Aldi shoppers go wild as its Stanley cup dupe hits shelves – and it’s £40 cheaper than the original

ALDI shoppers have rushed to stores as a Stanley cup dupe has hit shelves and its set to take savvy shoppers by storm.

The Crofton Travel Flask is available in three colour ways and bargain buyers have been stunned by the price compared to the original.

Those looking to get their hands on the £5.99 to-go flask could even turn to Aldi’s online store which advertises the easily portable item.

With a practical carry handle and stylish colour options, customers have the choice between navy, teal, pink, white and black options according to images posted online.

The supermarket giant has been well-known for its dupes in the past, allowing bargain hunters to save their cash.

This item is no different with a 1 litre Stanley Quencher Cup on sale at John Lewis costing £45.

That’s a saving of nearly 87% off the double walled and vacuum sealed item.

Aldi claims the new addition on shelves offers users the chance to keep drinks super cool for 12 to 24 hours and hot for eight to 12 hours.

Whilst Stanley containers have been on the market from 1913, this newer option could be a wise choice for those looking for cost-effective hacks.

The American thermos brand has seen a rise in sales after it released a new style of cup in 2016 and has since gone viral on TikTok.

Some have even bought purses as an additional accessory, allowing them to carry their phone, cards, keys and more via the thermos.

Stanley Cups can be purchased online directly from the supplier’s website whilst many big brand names also stock the item including Amazon, John Lewis, Urban Outfitters, Fruugo and Foot Asylum.

The latest release of a budget-version is expected to be popular with it being sold on a first come first served basis off the Specialbuys shelves.

Other Stanley Cup dupes have already appeared on the market in an attempt to rival the cost of the viral tumbler.

The Range has been spotted selling a Nitro 1.2L Steel Tumbler from just £7.99.

Whilst Primark has offered shoppers a similar item for only £8.

It seems Aldi’s release could even rival the existing bargain versions.

Those wanting to be one of the first to test out the travel item should head to their nearest store if not wanting to shop online.

But customers should always phone ahead before setting off to avoid disappointment.
