Man Utd’s Europa League fixtures revealed as Red Devils face former manager and battle of Britain awaits Ten Hag’s side
MANCHESTER UNITED’s upcoming Europa League fixtures have been confirmed.
The Red Devils will face Rangers, Porto, Paok, Fenerbahce, Bodo/Glimt, Viktoria Plzen, Twente and FCSB in the new-look league stage.
Man Utd sealed Europa League qualification by winning the FA Cup last season.
Erik ten Hag’s side beat Manchester City 2-1 in the final at Wembley thanks to goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo.
United would not have qualified otherwise after finishing eighth in the Premier League table.
The Red Devils played Champions League football last season – but not for long.
They were knocked out at the group stage after securing just four points from six games.
Instead, Bayern Munich and Copenhagen qualified for the knockout stages and Galatasaray dropped down to the Europa League.
