Ohio's top elections official suggests eliminating ballot drop boxes
COLUMBUS — Ohio's top elections official has asked Republican legislative leaders to consider banning the use of drop boxes altogether for returning absentee ballots after a federal court blocked a law limiting who may assist the disabled in voting.
