Halvin Dzellat-Diakeno, 6'10" PF France

Wes Miller gave Chad Brendel the green light to reveal the name of the French big that they are pursuing. Brendel said they are far enough down the road that, despite the chance that this could fall through, they believe it will be settled very shortly.


Halvin Dzellat-Diakeno is a 20-year-old 6'10" PF who captained the French U20 team that captured the FIBA gold medal this year. He's known for his ability to guard multiple positions and rebound at a good rate. His offensive game needs work. The staff intend to red-shirt him this year to develop and learn the system.
