Goa Cop, Lifeguard Arrested For Trying To Kidnap Toddler For Ransom

A police constable and a lifeguard were arrested for allegedly trying to kidnap a one-and-half-year-old boy for ransom in Pernem in North Goa, an official said on Sunday.
