I found a $7 dupe for a beloved $40 face cream at Trader Joe’s – they had a $6 version of a $42 cult fave, too
FLAWLESS skin doesn’t have to cost an eye-watering amount of money as Trader Joe’s has dupes of countless brands.
Among the products one shopper found was a $7 copy of a popular beauty buy that costs $40.
Angie (@angiestable) is steadily growing a following on TikTok, where she gives a glimpse into her life and love of food.
She went viral on the social media app when she shared a shopping haul at Trader Joe’s.
“Let’s go to Trade Joe’s to take a look at their beauty products along with the price comparison with their dupes,” she said.
“First things first, their Watermelon Overnight Face Mask is priced at $6.99, which is a dupe of the Watermelon Glow AHA Night Treatment for $40.”
Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow AHA night treatment has almost 128,000 likes on Sephora.
According to the brand, it makes skin appear smoother, firmer, and brighter.
Angie revealed several more skincare buys sold at Trader Joe’s that are similar to other must-have products.
“Next is the Brazil Nut Body Scrub normally they have their butter and oil but I wasn’t able to find it,” she said.
“This is a dupe for Sol De Janeiro Bum Bum Body Scrub [$42].
“Trader Joe’s Vanilla Lip Mask is priced at $5.99. This is a dupe for Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask [$24].
“Retinol Night Serum is priced at $9.99 and it’s a dupe for the Retinol Remix priced at $48.”
Beauty fans can also save money when buying moisturizers as Trader Joe’s Hydrating Gel for $8.99 is similar to Clinique’s Moisture Surge Intense for $64.
Angie raved that the store’s Tree Tree Single Shampoo and Conditioner are $3.99 each, compared to Gionvanni’s Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo and Conditioner which are $22.
“Daily Facial Sunscreen is $8.99 with an SPF of 40,” she said.
“This is a dupe for the SuperGoop Unseen Sunscreen which is $38.
“Last but not least, Marula Facial Oil is $6.99.
“This is a dupe for the Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil priced at $69.”

Savvy shoppers have scoured Dollar Tree to find dupes of their favorite products
Shoppers found a perfect replica of a $150 set of Pottery Barn plates and bowls. Plus, Dollar Tree has matching mugs.
Dollar Tree also had dupes for the viral Starbucks tumblers.
Customers found dupes for Home Depot’s $39 outdoor solar lights.
Dollar Tree has a dupe for The Pink Stuff cleaning paste, too.

Angie said she discovered that Trader Joe’s had dupes of “really expensive brands” while watching other videos on TikTok.
“Do you all love shopping for skin and hair care at Trader Joe’s?” she asked viewers.
Over 6,800 people liked the video and many commented their opinion on the products.
“I SWEAR by all of these, YES,” one person said.
“I LOVE the Brazil Nut Butter, its’ seasonal and I literally bought 10 jars this past May,” another wrote.
“The Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner will always be my favorite from TJs,” a third commented.
“The invisible gel sunscreen has CHANGED MY LIFE,” another added.
