Woman abducted in Ridgewood: NYPD
RIDGEWOOD, Queens (PIX11) – A woman was abducted in Ridgewood Monday morning, and now police are searching for the getaway car, according to the NYPD.
A 28-year-old man entered the 30-year-old woman's apartment in Ridgewood around 8:30 a.m., according to police. After an argument, the man took the woman and fled in a white sedan, police said.
One person was taken into custody but has not been charged Monday afternoon, according to police. The victim knew the man accused of abducting her, police said.
