Washburn School of Nursing preps for 50th anniversary celebration

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Dean of the Washburn School of Nursing Dr. Jane Carpenter and Associate Professor in the Washburn School of Nursing Dr. Lori Edwards join the 27 News Morning crew ahead of the school's 50th anniversary celebration.

On Sept. 28, the school is holding a celebration dinner. Carpenter says the school has put together a video highlighting 50 years of the School of Nursing that will be unveiled at the dinner.
