Breaking: ICC Announces the Details about Date and Venue World Test Championship 2025 Final

The International cricket Council (ICC) announced on September 3 that the venue for the finals of World Test Championship 2023-25 will be the iconic Lord’s stadium. The one-off Test match will be held from June 11 to June 15. Additionally, June 16 has been added as for a reserve day if needed.

For the first two editions of WTC finals, Kensington Oval has ben used as the venue, where New Zealand and Australia came out as the winners after beating India.

CEO of ICC, Geoff Allardice is expecting a high demand for the tickets for the finals of World Test Championship.

“The ICC World Test Championship Final has quickly become one of the most anticipated events in the cricketing calendar and we are pleased to announce the dates for the 2025 edition,” Allardice said.

“It’s a testament to the enduring appeal of Test cricket, which continues to captivate fans around the world. Tickets will be in high demand so I would encourage fans to register their interest now to ensure they are in with a chance of attending the Ultimate Test next year.”
