Indian shooter Avani Lekhara finished fifth in the women's 50m rifle 3 positions SH1 event at the Paris Paralympics. Initially leading, she faced difficulties during the prone stage and an unexpected low score in her strong standing stage. She advanced to the final after placing seventh in qualification with a cumulative score of 1159.
