BAS BLEU (4.42 Bath, nap)
Was nabbed right on the line at Newbury last time. That was against the boys and trainer Ed Walker has found a good opportunity in this fillies handicap. She sees out 1m4f well and can land an overdue win.
SPLIT ELEVENS (4.50 Lingfield, nb)
He has won three of his past four including over this course and distance last time out. A 3lb rise for that success seems fair and he can strike again under David Probert.
GOBLET OF FIRE (6.00 Kempton, treble)
He comes here in excellent form after back-to-back wins on the all-weather before a close third at Newbury last time. Nicky Henderson’s hope still looks fairly handicapped and will be right there again.
RED CLOUD (2.10 Lingfield, Lucky 15)
He rarely finishes out of the first two including when just half a length off the pace at Windsor. He goes well on the sand and looks hard to beat.
