Sex predator serving life for murder stabbed prison guard with porcelain shard

A sexual predator who was jailed for at least 36 years for the murder of primary school teacher Sabina Nessa smashed the toilet bowl in his cell and stabbed a guard with a porcelain shard, a court heard.
