Joanne Arvanitis: Theo's Tavern co-owner was the backbone of the restaurant kitchen

Joanne Arvanitis, a retired chief chef, food manager, co-owner, and co-founder of a landmark Greek restaurant in Toledo, died Monday at ProMedica Flower Hospital. She was 85.
