Once you leave the safe house, go straight ahead and turn right onto the street. Way down south from the safehouse of Sykes, in a dark alley corner, is a dumpster with a collectible DoomGuy doll for your room. Near that dumpster is the fallen body of a female Mobius operative and on her is the Storage Room Key, which will unlock the storage shed near Post Plus and give you access to the Full Barrel Shotgun! Woot!! Also, note that in New Game Plus mode there were High Grade Weapon Parts inside the orange crate in the storage shed.
