Anil Kaushik, the main suspect in the murder of a Class XII student, has previous charges of phone snatching and extortion. Despite this history, he was part of Faridabad's cow protection task force. Kaushik allegedly used an illegal firearm to shoot Aryan Mishra on the Agra highway.
