Militants launch rocket attacks on Manipur ex-CM’s home, kill one

Suspected tribal militants carried out rocket attacks in Manipur’s Bishnupur district, killing one person and injuring five others. The attack struck the home of former chief minister Mairembam Koireng. This has triggered widespread anger and a public emergency declaration by the Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (Cocomi).
