Pagasa monitors LPA, cloud clusters as monsoon affects Luzon Sept 7

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it is monitoring a low pressure area (LPA) and cloud clusters forming outside and inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR). In an early Saturday morning report, Pagasa weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said the LPA located on the northeastern boundary of the
