To the editor: Successful partnerships are improving NW Ohio water quality

August was “Water quality awareness month” — however those of us who live near Lake Erie know every month we must pay attention to our water quality. As the agriculture and water quality coordinator at the Ohio Environmental Council, and also a resident of Port Clinton, I have the unique experience of living and working closely to one of the critical resources that our organization fights every day to protect.
