Typhoon Yagi weakens after hitting Vietnam's capital Hanoi
HANOI - Typhoon Yagi weakened on Sunday after killing at least three people in Vietnam's capital Hanoi, flooding many neighbourhoods, downing thousands of trees and damaging houses, the government said.
