Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched several initiatives including an escalation matrix, e-Chitha, land valuation certificate, and a community response portal. These services aim to improve public service delivery and support Mission Basundhara 3.0, which will address land rights issues for indigenous people and other communities in the state.
