Neighbor arrested in connection to Oregon nurse found dead
Police arrested an Oregon man on a murder charge in connection to the death of Melissa Jubane, a nurse who had been first reported missing when she didn't show up for her shift. Jubane's 27-year-old neighbor was arrested after her remains were found. KGW's Sydney Dorner reports.
