Ultimate Red Sox Show: Brayan Bello Shuts Down Blue Jays
In arguably the best start of his young career, Red Sox pitcher Brayan Bello dominated the Toronto Blue Jays last week. The 25-year-old right-hander tossed eight scoreless innings, giving up just two hits while striking out nine. Tyler O'Neill helped secure the win with a memorable two-run homer over the Monster in the 8th inning.
On top of Bello's excellent start, the week was also highlighted by some magnificent defense during the team's series against the Mets at Citi Field. Rafael Devers, Triston Casas, and Romy González all flashed the leather at key moments in the series.
