Angelina Jolie Joined By Son Pax at 'Without Blood' TIFF Premiere, His First Public Appearance After E-Bike Accident
Angelina Jolie hits the red carpet at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival premiere of her new movie Without Blood held at TIFF Lightbox on Sunday evening (September 8) in Toronto, Ontario.
The 49-year-old director of the film was joined by her 20-year-old son Pax, who sported a black suit, sunglasses and a black cast on his arm.
This marks Pax‘s first official public appearance since being involved in an E-Bike accident in July, which landed him in the ICU with “complex trauma.”
A couple of days earlier, Pax was seen out for the first time since the accident, joining his mom for an outing in Beverly Hills.
Also in attendance at the Without Blood premiere were the film’s stars Salma Hayek, Demián Bichir, Juan Minujín, Jorge Antonio Guerrero and Patricio José.
The upcoming movie is based on the book of the same name by Alessandro Baricco, and, according to Deadline, “follows a woman, Nina, whose father was murdered by a gang when she was a child. Her father’s murderer, Tito, discovers her beneath a trap door as a child, and moved by her innocence let’s her be. Older, Nina (Hayek) finds Tito (Bichir) working in a news stand. The two sit down for a meal, and hash it all out.”
At the TIFF Tribute Awards on Sunday (September 8), Salma lauded Angelina as “the best actor director I’ve worked with.”
FYI: Angelina is wearing Dolce&Gabbana. Salma is wearing Gucci.
