‘Run to your local Tesco, I’m shocked’ shopper yells as she pops in for a jumper & stumbles upon huge £1 sale section
SHE’D only popped in to see if she could get her hands on the viral off-the-shoulder jumper.
But Lillian ended up getting more than she bargained for when she spotted a whole rack of reduced jewellery.
She took to TikTok to share her epic finds, as she said: “I’ve just been into Tesco to try and find the off the shoulder viral jumper that everybody’s been wearing.
“I managed to get it, by the way, I’m so excited to try this on, but I come across a sales section and I actually can’t believe it!
“There’s like loads of stuff on sale for literally a pound.”
She turned the camera round to show the huge rack of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and hair accessories, all marked down with red stickers.
Lillian said that the first thing that “jumped out” at her was a claw clip with a cream bow, “literally for a pound”, down from £9.
She also got a pair of rose gold drop earrings – down from £5 to £1 – and a letter necklace, also for just a pound.
“My boyfriend will love this one,” Lillian said.
“The last thing I got was a little initial necklace with an A on it.
“It’s giving Abbot Lyon necklace, literally for a quid, that’s a bloody bargain!”
Initial necklaces on jewellery website Abbot Lyon retail for around £75.
So Lillian ended up getting her whole jewellery haul for just £3, before also snapping up a pair of heart earrings at the full price of a fiver.
“I’m actually shocked, so girls run to Tesco’s, just saying!” she said.
“This is your sign to run to your local Tesco,” Lillian captioned her video.
She added hashtags including #affordablejewelry #sale #studentlife and #fashioninspo.
“Omg score!!” one person commented on the video.
“Always love a little sale!!!” Lillian replied.
