Utility probed but didn't find gas leak in fatal Maryland house blast
ANNAPOLIS, Maryland: A technician and a neighbor both reported smelling gas the night before from a residence in Bel Air, Maryland before it exploded killing two people.
According to a report released by national investigators this week, the technician was responding to a power outage at the ill-fated Maryland home but he could not find a leak.
