Officer in Tyreek Hill detainment put on administrative duty, chief pledges transparency

Florida police took one of its officers off the streets following the "troubling actions" taken against Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who was pulled over and handcuffed while driving to his team's game on Sunday, officials said.
