Everything you can eat at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree in Disneyland
Nothing makes me hungrier than reading about food and the new barbecue menu at the reimagined Hungry Bear restaurant at Disneyland already has my mouth watering.
The new Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree will bring a thematic, musical and menu overhaul to the Hungry Bear restaurant when Critter Country officially transforms into Bayou Country at the Anaheim theme park.

Disneyland hasn’t set an opening date for the Country Bear-themed restaurant yet — but it could be soon.
Disneyland reopened the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh dark ride and the Pooh Corner candy store in late August as Critter Country began transitioning to Bayou Country.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will officially debut on Nov. 15 once the transformation of Splash Mountain is complete.

Opening dates have not been set for Louis’ Critter Club (taking over the half of Pooh Corner closest to the former Splash Mountain log ride) and Ray’s Berets (replacing the Briar Patch shop).
But that can all wait. Let’s get to the food. I’m getting hungry. Here’s the menu for the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree.
Entrees
- Smoked Barbecue Combo Platter: Two selections of house-smoked meats (Pork Spareribs, Pulled Pork, Sausage Link or Beef Brisket). Served with baked beans, house slaw, white bread and pickles
- Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich: Tangy BBQ sauce, bread and butter pickles and house slaw served with beer-battered fries
- Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich: Tangy BBQ sauce, pickled red onions and pickled jalapeños served with beer-battered fries
- Smoked Angus Beef Burger and Pulled Pork: American cheese, golden aioli, pickled red onions, bread and butter pickles and crispy onions served with beer-battered fries
- Corn Ribs Plate: Chile-lime aioli, parmesan, crispy onions, cilantro, scallions and house slaw served with beer-battered fries
- Loaded Fries: Topped with smoked pulled pork, queso sauce, pickled red onions, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and scallions
- Classic Cheeseburger: Served with beer-battered fries
- Chicken Tenders Plate: Served with house slaw and beer-battered fries
