SHOPPERS are rushing to buy a bathroom essential that’s scanning at tills for 10p instead of £25.
The item is a steel GoodHome Elland towel rack, ideal for drying multiple towels at once in a family home.
The bathroom-essential is on sale for the bargain price at DIY store B&Q.
One deal hunter, who posted in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, shared their excitement after spotting the reduction.
The money-saving member uploaded a photo of their purchase, telling others it was “reduced to 10p at B&Q Tunbridge Wells”.
Meanwhile, a quick online search reveals that retailers such as ScrewFix are still listing the item for £24.99, meaning an astounding 99.6% decrease in B&Q stores.
Described as “practical and elegant” due to its sleek and minimalist design, the towel rack is 1600mm tall and 600mm wide.
However, the specific make can no longer be found online on the B&Q website, meaning it is likely reduced in stores to clear excess stock.
