Warrensburg's annual apple festival returns Friday
WARRENSBURG, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Warrensburgh Riverfront Farmers' Market is hosting their 11th annual apple festival this Friday, Sept. 13. This year, the festival will be in a new location, Recreation Field Pavilion on Library Avenue.
From 3 to 6 p.m., local vendors offer aples, pies, preserves, sweet and hard cider and donuts. The festival will also include craft vendors and activities for all ages.
Kids crafts will be provided by the Richards Library and the Warrensburg Parent Teacher Student Association. The festival will also feature demonstrations, like learning how to grow apples from the Warren County Master Gardener Station and tastings.

- Adirondack Serendipity (local honey by Scott and Kim Townsend)
- Adirondack Winery (Home Sweet Home Apple Pie Wine)
- Baked by Marlene (Apple Desserts)
- Simply Garlic
- Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery (How at the Apple Moonshine and Adirondack Apple Flavored Whiskey)
- The Pooch Pantry (Healthy pet treats by Connie Smith)
- Trillium Farm (Chicken and Duck eggs)
- Whitefield's Farm (Apple Maple Chipotle Chicken Sausage)
Singer and Songwriter Peter Burrall will accompany the festivities with live music. Shoppers will also have the chance to win $20 in Farmers' Market cash.
