Arka Investment Advisory Services Pvt Ltd plans to raise Rs 500 crore for its new residential real estate fund. The Arka Hreem Real Estate Opportunities Fund targets Tier 1 cities in India, partnering with Rohan Builders. The fund has a target size of Rs 500 crore and a green shoe option of Rs 250 crore.
