S H Raza's painting worth Rs 2.5 cr stolen from Mumbai's auction house

A painting by renowned Indian modernist painter S H Raza, valued at Rs 2.5 crore, has been reported stolen from an auction house's warehouse in south Mumbai. The artwork was last seen in March 2022 and discovered missing in 2024 when the owner requested it be auctioned again. Police have registered a theft case.
