Ready 4 the Game: first away game watch parties

BUFFALO, NY. (WIVB) — While many members of the Bills Mafia are packing up their suitcases and traveling down to the sunshine state to show their support for their team in Miami, many fans may be looking for ways to cheer on their team back here in Western New York.

Watch parties are popping up all over the map. Here are some options to attend below:

The Village of Lancaster is holding their first "Football in the Village"

The Lancaster Village Merchant Association is holding their first "Football in the Village" on West Main Street in front of Fattey Beer Co., starting around 6 p.m. on Thursday. Linebacker Joe Andreessen, also known as "Buffalo Joe," is from Lancaster, and his hometown is bringing everyone together to watch the game, and to show their support.

Two screens will be playing the game, along with food options from Red's Hot Dogs, Big Poppa's Ice Cream and Skoob's Village Grille. The event is free to attend.

Imperial Pizza is teaming with Logan's Friendship Bracelets to support Oshei Children's Hospital

At Imperial Pizza they say every away game is like a watch party for them as their seats are filled with fans. For Thursday, they're preparing for the crowds but they're also teaming up with Logan's Bracelets to raise money for Oshei Children's Hospital.

"Meowfia" Tailgate Party at Resurgence Brewing supporting Ten Lives Club

Ten Lives Club is partnering with Tito's Vodka and Resurgence Brewing to hold their first "Meowfia" tailgate party.

They will be collecting $10 at the door, and that will provide a free drink and entry into winning a door prize. There will be a raffle, 50/50, meowfia yard signs for sale and more, while fans watch the game. You can buy tickets here.

Watch Parties happening in Buffalo: The Richardson Hotel and Chippewa Block Party

The Richardson Hotel

The Richardson Hotel is holding a community watch party on their south lawn for a free and family-friendly event with local vendors. 26 Shirts and Queen City Vintage will be there selling gear, there will be lawn games and bounce houses, the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter will be bringing adoptable puppies. There will also be raffles, food, drinks, and ice cream.

They encourage fans to come early with their chairs and blankets. The gates open at 5pm.

Chippewa Block Party

A few blocks away on Chippewa Street, they're holding their fifth year of the Bills Block Party. Chippewa will shut down between Delaware and Franklin, where two LED walls will be showing the Bills game, and a DJ during the commercial breaks.

There will be food and drinks inside Soho, 67 West, Rec Room, Tap House, The Banshee and Bottoms Up. Tickets are on sale here and the gates open at 6 p.m.
