Joe Ghartey's wife makes history as elected first female president of Ghana Bar Association

Efua Ghartey, an experienced lawyer and wife of former Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Minister of Justice and Attorney-General, Joe Ghartey, has made history as she becomes the first woman to be elected to the position of the President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
