NCLAT's order 'inconsistent', says SC, asks Adani Power & Dickey Alternative to cooperate with the central agency
In a significant relief for the consortium of Dickey Alternative Investment Trust and Adani Power Ltd, the Supreme Court criticized the NCLAT’s September 6 order as inconsistent. The order both restored the status quo ante and required maintaining the status quo as of that date. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud noted that the NCLAT’s order was self-contradictory.
