The United States has expressed readiness to offer F-16 fighter jets to India, according to Major General David A Piffarerio. He emphasized that the decision ultimately lies with the Indian Air Force. This comes after the US State Department cleared sales of F-16 parts and equipment worth USD 300 million to Taiwan in June.
