'Who is the freak?' Trump ally Laura Loomer hits back at conservative who called her bigot
A far-right influencer facing spurring MAGA discord for racist commentary about Vice President Kamala Harris slapped back with vulgar language at the conservative pundit who called her a "bigot" and a "freak."
Laura Loomer, a self-described proud Islamophobe, took to X Thursday morning to rail against Charlie Sykes and the argument he made on MSNBC that former President Donald Trump's campaign is collapsing because he listens to such people.
"You lost your career in radio because you’re an insufferable, 'Never Trump' c---," Loomer wrote. "Trump won and in the process, he broke your mind."
Loomer faced criticism from conservatives such as Sykes and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene after posting a comment that the White House would smell like curry if Harris, who is half Indian, won the 2024 presidential election.
Greene responded with surprisingly woke messaging on X while Sykes appeared on MSNBC to argue extremists' influence on Trump could prove potentially fatal to his campaign.
"This is kind of the J.D. Vance effect," Sykes said on MSNBC. "Vance and Donald Trump Jr.... they want Donald Trump to be extremely online. And you saw that play out during the debate, but you're also seeing it play out, you know, throughout this campaign and all of the rallies."

For her part, Loomer doubled down on the angry rhetoric and argued Sykes' call for moderation was no longer relevant. She also repeated the debunked claim, platformed by Trump and his running mate Vance, that Haitian immigrants have been stealing and eating pets in Ohio.
"You called Donald Trump 'racist' on TV today because he spoke out about animal cruelty in Springfield," Loomer wrote.
"You called him a racist for posting a meme with a cat. Why would you defend third world invaders who are abusing animals?" she asked. "Who is the freak?" You know what you are Charlie? You’re an oxygen thief."
