EASTENDERS legend Tracey-Ann Oberman has revealed Chrissie Watt’s future as she reacts to potentially being killed off.
Fans of the BBC One soap have been left delighted as the star reprised her role for a short stint.
After Sharon was jailed for being found in contempt of court she was left horrified to discover she was imprisoned with Chrissie.
Chrissie killed Den and buried him under the cellar of the Queen Vic in 2005 as 14 million people tuned in to watch.
Speaking about her return to EastEnders, Tracey-Ann said: “She’s such a fun character.
“To me she’s like the best of old Hollywood – is she a victim, is she a villain, she’s also a little bit camp but very truthful.
“Never say never, I didn’t even know I was going to come back anyway so it’s been lovely.”
However, Tracey-Ann is adamant she won’t have Chrissie killed off by BBC bosses if she returns again.
She said: “I think it’d have it in my contract.”
Fans watched as after 19 years Sharon said that she forgave Chrissie after she murdered her adopted father Den (Leslie Grantham).
However, Chrissie held onto her grudge and she set her minions onto Sharon to ‘teach her a lesson’.
After that failed, she tipped the prison officers off that her cellmate Dor (Sonia Ritter) was doing drugs.
Chrissie set one of her pals on Dor to engineer a fight on the wing as a distraction so she could corner Sharon in her cell.
It led to fans snapping at the soap as they branded the scenes the ‘most unrealistic ever’.

Since then, he has played Roger Taylor in Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, and he starred in Michael Bay’s Netflix movie 6 Underground.
Michelle Ryan played Zoe Slater until 2005.
She starred as the lead in short-lived American series Bionic Woman from 2007 to 2008.
