US renews call for Israel to protect humanitarian sites

The U.S. said Thursday it is continuing to press Israel to protect humanitarian sites in Gaza, a day after an Israeli airstrike hit a U.N. school complex sheltering displaced Palestinians, killing 14 people there, including six United Nations workers.
