Joey King Premieres Her Sci-Fi Netflix Movie 'Uglies' in L.A. Alongside the Cast!

Joey King is ready for the world to see her new movie Uglies!

With hours to go until its Netflix release, the 25-year-old actress walked the red carpet at the world premiere screening on Thursday night (September 12) at the Netflix Tudum Theater in Los Angeles.

Joey was joined by co-stars Chase Stokes, Keith Powers, Brianne Tju, and Laverne Cox, as well as director McG.

Here’s a plot summary: “In a futuristic world that imposes a cosmetic surgery at 16, Tally is eager for her turn to join the rest of society. But when a friend runs away, Tally embarks on a journey to save her that upends everything she thought she wanted.”
