Govt to pay Rs 2 lakh to families of 29 people who died due to medic's cease work: Mamata

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced a compensation of Rs two lakh for the families of 29 people who died allegedly due to lack of treatment amid the junior doctors' strike. The strike began after a postgraduate trainee's body was found at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.
