Microsoft Corp India buys another land in Pune for Rs 453 cr

Microsoft Corporation (India) has acquired around 16 acres of land in Pune from Viva Highways for Rs 453 crore. The transaction, registered in September 2024, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 27.18 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. This acquisition is part of Microsoft's strategy to expand its data centre operations in India.
