Off-duty NYPD officer arrested in Queens
QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested Friday morning, according to authorities.
Gilberto ReyesCarmona, 32, was taken into custody in Queens just before 4 a.m., police said.
He faces charges of DWI and driving while ability impaired.
