The Clippers had a solid night offensively, Angel Martinez went 1-3 with a HR and a BB. Juan Brito went 2-4 with an RBI, Johnathan Rodriguez went 2-4, and Raynel Delgado went 3-4 with a 3 run HR.

Connor Gillispie gave up 5 runs in 3.2 innings, striking out 5 and walking 3. His ERA is 4.24 on the season.

Parker Messick continues to prove why he should be in AAA. He went 6 innings tonight, allowing just one run while striking out 8 and walking 1. His ERA in AA is down to an elite 2.06. Alaska Abney, Magnus Ellerts, and Ross Carver combined for 3 scoreless innings of relief.

Guy Lipscomb went 1-3 with a HR, Dayan Frias went 1-3 with a 2 RBI double. Cooper Ingle, Kody Huff, Aaron Bracho, Joe Lampe, and Alexfri Planez all went 1-4.

The Lake County Captains are your 2024 midwest league champs! Travis Bazzana had a huge game. He hit a MASSIVE solo HR and then followed that up with an RBI single in his next AB. He had three batted balls over 99 mph in the game. Jake Fox also went 2-4 with a HR. Jonah Advincula went 1-4 with a clutch hit to tie the game.

Dylan Delucia went 4.1 innings, allowing 3 earned runs, striking out 5 while walking just one. Carter Spivey, Adam Tulloch, Jay Driver, Steven Perez, and Allan Hernandez combined for 4.2 scoreless innings of relief.
