If you want to know the next big thing on planet Earth, the man known as the ‘Living Nostradamus’ might have the answer.

Athos Salome, 36, from Brazil, has earned the nickname ‘Living Nostradamus’ after his alleged ability to predict groundbreaking events.

Now the parapsychologist has warned that more of his prophecies are coming, including a huge asteroid set to pass by Earth within days.

The psychic said he accurately predicted the coronavirus pandemic, Elon Musk’s takeover of X formerly known as Twitter and the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

Some of his scary claims revolve around the emergence of electromagnetic pulse technology (EMP) in weapons and the increased use of AI.

Athos has previously told MailOnline that these advancements in modern warfare and the trial of EMP weapons will plunge the world into ‘three days of darkness’ before the end of 2024.

But how concerned should we be about the approaching asteroid?

A giant asteroid measuring up to 1,575 ft is expected to fly past Earth on Tuesday at 26 times the speed of sound, Live Science reports citing NASA.

It is set to pass by within 0.62 million miles of Earth. This is considered a tight margin by cosmic standards, but still far enough to not be of concern to us Earthlings, according to the outlet.

Athos told the Daily Star: ‘On 28 July this year, I posted a video in my Instagram stories again about the asteroid, predicting that NASA would make an announcement in September, confirming that the asteroid would enter a collision course with Earth by November.

‘My predictions are not coincidences. They are grounded and come true.’

His predictions are rarely happy ones.

The psychic also predicted the Microsoft Crowdstrike outage in April which saw aviation, train travel, retail and hospitals affected after millions of computers had a meltdown.

One of the busiest weekends for summer holiday travel was in full swing when 50,000 flights to and from the UK were grounded.

Athos commented on the outage to FEMAIL: ‘Microsoft’s global shutdown, according to the analysed outcome, may affect essential infrastructure with the escalation of inter-state confrontation and lead to cyber war.

‘For the short term, there will be inquiries and remedial action to get services back on line and to plan against future attack.

‘Businesses will have to improve the protection of cyberspace, and society might gain concerns over the use of internet services, led to discourses regarding intensive regulation. This event may result in shifts in political actions and military tactics on an international level, and the threat of an international war is real.’

NASA has confirmed that another asteroid known as Apophis – dubbed ‘God of Chaos’ – is set to pass by Earth at some point in the future – but there is no risk of impact for at least the next 100 years.

At first, scientists feared there could be a slight risk of impact by 2029, but that has since been ruled out.

Measuring 1,100 ft across, it is considered too small to destroy a planet like Earth, but chunky enough to wipe out a city.
