The Royals start Brady Singer, who is one of four Royals pitchers in the top 11 in the American League in ERA, and one of four in the top 16 in fWAR. Former Pirates second baseman Adam Frazier, who homered Friday, gets the start today.

The Pirates start impressive young right-hander Jared Jones. His 97.3 mph fastball is one of the fastest in baseball and opponents are hitting just .187 with a 38.5 percent whiff rate against his slider.
