It's a legislative process: Delhi LG on Atishi to become new Chief Minister

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is set to meet Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena to submit his resignation. Atishi has been recommended as his successor and will serve until the upcoming elections. Kejriwal has called for early polls in November, following his release from jail on bail in a corruption case.
