House Speaker Johnson plans Wednesday vote on short-term government funding, SAVE Act

U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., intends to hold a joint vote on a short-term funding measure to prevent a federal shutdown and tie it to the proposed SAVE Act on Wednesday.
