Harris agrees to second debate on Oct. 23 hosted by CNN

Vice President Kamala Harris has agreed to an invitation by CNN to debate former President Donald Trump on Oct. 23. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports that the rules would be the same as the first debate and whether the Trump campaign will respond to the invitation.
