Meet Charlie, a 14-year-old yellow lab and newly retired therapy dog

Charlie, a 14-year-old yellow lab, has been volunteering with his owner, Matt Masotti, as a therapy dog with St. John Ambulance for the past year, visiting officers and support staff at the Guelph Police Service. But now, it's time for this dog to retire.
